I love making the most of my weekends, so when Amy suggested we all head to Colorado for a weekend ski trip, I was super excited. It is nice to visit winter once in a while. I can never get over the beauty of snow-covered mountains and frosted trees. I also forget how weak living at sea level in Southern California makes me.
We went up to Vail to ski and snowboard on Saturday, and on Sunday we spent time at the house while it was snowing hanging out in the hot tub, making snow angels, and building a snowman.
