today i helped my mom put up christmas lights to decorate our house. in the end, only 2/3 of the lights we put up worked, and i was really sad that we had spent all this time stapling up the lights. why can’t christmas lights be in parallel instead of series so when one light bulb goes out the rest of the strand still works?
