marvin and kelvin play flag football on sundays in a local league. kelvin let me use his camera to take some shots of the game. the camera and the 80-200mm lens were really heavy and attracted a lot of attention. capturing sports (especially football) is actually a lot harder than i thought. it’s difficult to predict where the ball is going next, and especially since a lot of the best shots are zoomed in, you almost have to predict who the ball will go to next.

an attempted tip by marvin.
marvin pulls the opponent’s flag.
kelvin intercepts the ball.
happy and sweaty after the game.
on my last day, kelvin took me the the cypress street pint & plate. on our way walking there, we found a ton of pretty heart leaves on the ground.
the most noticeable thing about cypress street is their fire pit in the patio.
