i sort of lost interest in posting about the usc v. oregon game that my sister, brother, and maggie went to because of the awful outcome. after some thought, i realized that it was still a fun experience to see a usc game with my siblings, and it’s definitely something that doesn’t happen everyday seeing how we rarely are all in the same place at one time these days.
the day of the game, we drove down from portland to eugene in what seemed like nice weather. we picked up my brother’s friend andy before we headed out. as we got closer to eugene, the rain started hitting us and by the time we got to the stadium, it was poring. we met up with trimaine outside the stadium, and he took us to a tailgate where we tried to make peace with the U of O law students.
i have to say that oregon has some of the worst fans. they are just plain rude. this is the second time that i have visited autzen and both times their fans were awful. i suppose, it doesn’t help that we lost.

the game was interesting because it fell on halloween this year. i guess it went with the curse of the state of oregon that usc has going on.
