we happily arrived in denver, colorado after a long drive through vast lands of nothing-ness. today we got a free night stay at the ritz-carlton because we’ve booked so many nights from hotels.com. we got an awesome king suite, which we walked into in awe. the hotel was in a great location, right next to the historic 16th street mall, so we strolled around the street for a little before we sat down at paramount cafe.
colorado has tons of micro-breweries, and i was happy to find that paramount cafe offered a wide selection of them on tap. ironically, they ended up messing up my order, so i got dinner and a beer for free too. the dinner, despite taking awhile to come out, was delicious!
