back to 24 hour
i finally gave in and signed up for 24 hour fitness. i kept convincing myself that i didn’t need a gym.. that i could just go running outside. i guess it turns out that it’s pretty difficult to get myself motivated to go running on a regular basis.
my biggest motivation for signing up for the gym again was that i would be able to go swimming. i haven’t been in so long, and i love it.
kristen wrote me a swim set the other day, and after finishing it, i decided that i miss swimming with a coach a lot. but even having a swim workout to look at kept me more motivated to push myself to keep going.
i can’t believe how much better working out makes me feel. i better keep this up!
