thanksgiving break
felt less like a break, and more like a breathe.
but either way, it was very much needed.
this year, i spent thanksgiving break with my little sister, marisa and chelsea.
we had dinner at my old flute teacher’s house. and it was really fun. it sort of felt like what i imagine going to a grandma’s house for thanksgiving would be like. her house was all festively decorated, and the food was delicious.
friday, we tried to join the crowds at the mall to catch some good sales. although we joined the crowds, but we didn’t really find many good sales.
we met up with sammie for dinner and sarno and katie for a movie night afterwards. i have this terrible habit of falling asleep watching movies at home. i hate it. i missed the ending of at least two good movies this weekend. sorry chels!
today was the much hyped notre dame v usc game. we basically spent all day getting ready, waiting in line, and watching the game. we went all out. we bought black eyeliner to draw in war paint, and usc colored nail polish to paint our nails. we even bought matching shirts at some sports store at the mall to cut up and wear.
haha. we love usc.
i’m glad we beat notre dame. simply put, usc football is amazing.
and now, back to reality.
