congrats graduates! 🙂
graduation is such a happy time. i love hearing the support of family and friends and seeing the smiles on all the graduates faces. flowers, balloons, pictures. it’s all fun.

earlier this week i went to esperanza’s graduation to see my beautiful pony megz graduate, and today i took the morning off work to attend my sister’s promotion at travis.

and even though i’ve done it before, this time it was so weird sitting on the sidelines of the graduation because i kept remembering what it was like going through it just a year ago (or five years ago for promotion).

i listened to the band playing pomp and circumstances and remembered playing that for three years on the field watching the seniors graduate each year. i remember how excited we were to see a senior band member waiting to get their name called and how loud we would cheer when we heard their name.

i watched the seniors this year walking down the track in their caps and gowns and remembered how i was so nervous that my cap was going to fall off everytime the breeze blew by.

haha. and how excited but lost i felt trying to find everyone after the ceremony.

i took care of my summer tan this week. haha. want a tan? attend a graduation. just kidding.

i love seeing old high school friends again (at both graduations!). and summer is short. let’s hang out. 🙂

things on my mind.

and now that i actually make money…

i’m so tempted to buy the complete series of sex and the city.

and a new purse too.

i’m scared about summer school starting. i’m going to die of busy-ness. one more week of freedom. ah!

i think it’s time to go home now.
