chem lectures.
as i sat in my 9 am chem lecture this morning listening to my new musical-talking professor teach us about electromagnetic waves, i suddenly realized that there was never an indigo marker in the crayola classic color marker set. and now that i think of it, there probably wasn’t violet either.

is purple just a compilation of indigo and violet? or is violet purple?

and why did we decide to skip indigo? hm.

i have a secret obsession with public transportation.
and thursday night our floor decided to take a spontaneous trip to santa monica using, of course, the los angeles public transportation system. nice.

seven of the girls from 3rd floor marks tower and one guy that everyone on our floor has some random connection to (except me), ran across campus to catch the last bus out to santa monica.

so what if it took a little longer than it would have if we had driven, we had a good time. i laughed so hard, i forgot that we were on a public bus, and when i looked back i found the whole rest of the bus staring at us. haha.


there were all these dinosaur fountains which made me super happy.

we didn’t get to stay at santa monica long because we got there so late, but we got there in time to invade urban outfitters and get dinner.

on our way back we encountered quite a few drunk homeless people on the buses. that was interesting. one man snatched a dollar out of my hand and gave me his $3 day pass. okay, thanks? lol.
