katie and kim are my good luck charms.
personal records. 1st places. when was the last time that’s happened to me?
my coach had me swim down in the JV level at yesterday’s home meet against fountain valley, and that seriously made me so happy. (kind of backwards, i know)
the motivation of actually being able to make a difference in the team score and helping the team win really helped me drop times and swim faster.
and of course the added bonus of having katie and kim cheering me on helped too. 🙂
this swim season has really been so whatever for me since i often feel as if i can’t swim fast enough to make a difference on the varsity team. it’s so hard to make that jump from racing jv to racing varisty.
but despite all that, i still love swimming. it’s my stress reliever, my refresher, my thought sorter, and my happiness.
the pool is my home.
and practice couldn’t be more fun with prestyn and court.
RAVE// china presentation? check.
