one week until spring break!
that puts a smile on my face.

i can’t wait until it gets warmer.
i dream about spending a stress-free day doing everything i always wanted to do but never have.

today is our one year. can you believe that?

today at practice, swimming backstroke, i watched the clouds travel across the sky.

have you ever taken a moment to watch the clouds in the sky? the clouds move so fast. it made me want to race them. maybe another day.

but at the end of practice, the clouds were gone, and the sky was pure blue.

and then i thought of you. and that picture we took one year three months ago in some park.

a giant cloud doing the typical disappearing act. but the amusement we found. chemistry.

i want to spend a week capturing the world in pictures.

i have decided that we should all stop posing for pictures. and let the camera catch our true beauty.

more action shots. more emotion. more in-the-moment pictures that can summarize an entire period of our lives.

looking through my pictures, i’ve noticed that a good percentage of them all look the same.

you & me smiling that same camera-smile that we all have.

and then i came upon this picture of a group of us sitting on top of each other laughing so hard that my head was falling backwards, and i decided that if i could summarize our friendship in one picture, that would be it.
