the weekend
busy weekend. still exhausted. but it was lots of fun 🙂
>>friday: mimi’s ruby’s “birthday” thing. i could totally tell that our waiter thought we were crazy. the first time he came up to us, sammie was telling one of her super corny jokes and we were all giggling like mad about how stoopid it was and had a hard time telling him what we wanted to drink, etc. and the second time he came over, mimi had just arrived and ani just suddenly started squealing about the really super expensive and cute purse that mimi was carrying. lol. what can i say. we are crazy. after that i could totally see him rolling his eyes every time he came over to us. poor guy. at least we tipped nicely. 🙂
>>saturday: winter formal
+ woke up. cleaned the house. got everything ready for winter formal. and then realized that there was nothing else to do but wait. so i decided to do calc homework. o_O
+ went out to eat lunch with my mommy at life plaza
+ got hair done with sammie. sarno calls while i’m doing my hair and goes “i’ll be over in 10 okay?” haha. i was like what the heck. psycho. omg. i loved both of our hair! yay 🙂
+ took forever to do make up at my house. lol. we were so slow. seriously, eyes took forever. we kept running up and down stairs asking our moms how it looked. 😛
+ took pictures like mad.
+ yushi came and picked up sammie to take her to TC to take pictures.
+ called sarno and got confused cause him and his bro sound exactly the same!
+ sarno came, and we took more pictures. pinned his boutineer. (goodness. i can never spell that word)
+ waited around for erich to come, since we were carpooling.
+ erich came and we picked up sunny. then we headed to school for couple pictures.
+ went to five crowns to eat dinner.
+ alex won’s van broke down while taking gina, sammie and yushi to dinner, so erich went to pick them up. 🙂 thanks erich!
+ dinner was fun. got to know mawi and bryan ferencz. they are so funny! i can’t believe bryan stole the butter knife! he was like hey, this is cute
+ went crazy with pictures again after dinner.
+ arrived at the dance. the place is beautiful! i loved the fountains. apparently it was three stories high or something. i missed that. lol. watched sarno sing britney spears’ “oops, i did it again” and gamble or whatever. and waited around for the rest of the group to arrive. the chocolate covered strawberries were so cute and yummy! mmm. sarno was such a gentleman giving up his jacket when i was cold. 😛 i guess i get cold easily. hmm. i think i wore the jacket more than he did. strange.
+ took group pictures. i think they turned out bad. oops.
+ danced the night away… dj sucked. stoopid tango songs. and too much techno. bleh. feet got stepped on much. owie. i was surprised that i didn’t have to toss off my shoes. they were actually pretty comfy.
+ dance ended nicely with the group slow dance and the train. lol. fun.
+ erich took sammie and i home since we were so tired. thanks again!
+ sammie and i uglified. took off make up and put down hair. laughed at how much we had transformed and chatted until we passed out around 2:30-ish.
winter formal was fun. 🙂 sarno, thanks for taking me.
it was weird feeling rich for one night. and everyone at the restaurant kept staring at us all in awe. 🙂 dances are the best! dressing up is so much fun! i’m so glad that sammie and gina were FINALLY in the same group as me! aw. i love you guys!
>>sunday: spent the day, or what was left of it after i woke up from the post-winter formal exhaustion, with danny.
did chem homework. lol. watched lilo and stitch (i love that movie) and then watched i am sam. that movie was so sad and touching! i actually really liked it. and that little girl is such a good actress! geez. like in all the movies that she acts in she is always such a serious character. watched random tv shows for awhile. and then went out to eat at pasta bravo. no one goes out on sunday nights to eat. it was so empty. haha. but dinner was yummy anyway.
went home.
talked to erich for awhile. winter formal reflections. 🙂 and then made danny read me ap us. lol. actually we switched off. i’m surprised that we got though one chapter pretty quickly. nice.
