band banquet
the band banquet today was by far better than the swim award night on thursday.. (which i got oustanding swimmer in!! yaay! i was soo shocked!).even tho the food sucked.. as usual, it was just tons of FUN! it was lotsa fun to dress up and see my friends dressed up.. it was fun cheering for everyone when they were called up and finding out who next year’s officers were. congrats katie, erich, and andy on becoming 2003 drum major and field conductors.. and scott on becoming the president. 🙂 the senior slide show made me all teary-eyed.. but i thought all the baby pictures were adorable! aww… baby seniors hehe! it’s really scary how they look the same.. except now they are bigger.. lol.. i took a MILLION pictures.. i must finish this roll.. remember my vow to take more pictures? yes. i shall! you know wat’s sad? my neck’s sore from the banquet.. from staring up at the stage.. now that’s sad!
chink school end of the year party
seeing old friends again is sometimes a scary thing… i was actually kinda scared that when i saw everyone that i used to go to chinese school with again… there’d be nothing to say anymore.. all those friends that i’d spent almost every saturday with just one year ago.. that’d i’d been so close with.. and all the sudden i didn’t see them for one year cause i quit.. but seeing karen, cindy, jen, and amy again brought bak all those great memories!.. past all the homework, tests, and endless hours of just sitting in class learning chinese.. we messed around and shared a lot of great times. i better see you all again over the summer! we’re gonna get together and each buy a tighty whitey polar bear looking thing! right? right! hehe.. isn’t it great how EVERY year.. jen’s dad dresses as a girl and prances around on stage? (“bad boys.. bad boys…watcha gonna do…“) o man! and cindy.. “hey! aren’t those SARS masks?” lol.. yes.. SARS masks as bikini’s .. SEXAY! and nothing like getting locked up in a pitch black room with cindy’s yearbook to help bond.. stoopid ADHD kid.. ::freaky smile:: “ok everyone follow the cell phone.. “ lost in a forest? can’t see? grab your cell phone! and even better.. that one guy who could high pitch whistle.. play the bugel .. and some other funky instrument at one time.. now THAT was scary.. only my chink friends could understand.. only my chink friends. i LOVE you guys! ::mwah::
RAVE// oo u know what’s cool? at the brea mall.. when i got a smoothie.. i gave the guy that works there the card to stamp .. and he stamped all the stamps! wahoo! that’s my second card from surf city! yaaah! i get a free smoothie!
