district family science night

yesterday i volunteered at the district family science night with scott, roze, stacy, kevin, james, roshni, giang, mayumi, jay, amisha, and many others. to tell you the truth.. it was actually really fun 🙂 lol.. i LOVE working with kids! i was assigned to the oobleck station in which i taught kids how to make oobleck. that stuff is so tyte! it’s made out of cornstarch and water.. it’s this solid that acts like a liquid.. it is so crazy.. jay was soO amazed with that ish. haha.. the whole night was so organized there were quite a few different stations that student volunteers were assigned to work at and a lot of elementary school kids and their families went around doing hands-on activities. yay.. never thought volunteering could be so much fun 🙂 lol
