HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR!

did you all have a happy chinese new year? 🙂 i did! On saturday, i went to tiffy’s house for a chinese new year party. it was actually kind of fun because i saw a lot of my old chinese school friends that i havn’t seen since i quit last year. i kinda learned how to play mah jong.. that chinese gambling game and we watched LoTR (the first one) and i STILL don’t think that legolas is hott. (sorry yooh guys.. a guy with long blonde hair and elf ears juss doesn’t appeal to me.) 😛 what’s horrible is that my sister thinks he’s good looking. she was all like “i like that elf doode.” i’m like “NOoOooo .. must save my sister from this insanity!” lol. and the other girls that were there watching the movie started a fan club or something. everytime legolas came on screen.. they would start squealing. puleeeeeze. anyway.. i want to watch that movie again because i was really tired when i was watching it and from wat i saw.. it was a really good movie. i think it’s so weird that i didn’t think i would like LoTR (that’s why i havn’t seen the first one in the first place), and now i want to see it AGAIN. LOL. silly meh.

day one

today was the first day of swim tryouts for the ehs swim team and i thought i did pretty well. yaaay! The swim coach made us swim probably 800 meters total and by the end of the tryouts everyone was really tired. I thought my endurance was low… but i guess not THAT bad 🙂 yippee! most ob the people trying out were freshmen. i felt pretty old.. o wells. xP tomorrow the tryouts continue, and they are gonna time us to see how fast we swim. aeesh.

the no phone-thing i talked about earlier (1.29.03) actually is working pretty well. i’m actually getting sleep. go me!
